To view your billing history:
- Go to Manager Cloud.
- Enter your domain name and click next.
- Enter your Administrator Account credentials.
Click on the “Billing Portal” button to access your Billing Portal.
- In your portal, go to the “INVOICE HISTORY” section.
Click the invoice date to settle an unpaid invoice, download the invoice, or download the related receipts.
To update your card details, follow the steps below:
- Go to Manager Cloud.
- Enter your domain name and click next.
- Enter your Administrator Account credentials.
Click on the “Billing Portal” button to access your Billing Portal.
- In your portal, go to the “PAYMENT METHOD” section and add or remove card details.
Go to Manager Cloud.
Enter your domain name and click “Next”
- Since you are unable to remember your administrator password, click the “Forgot Password” link to have a login link sent to your email address.
- Once logged in, click the “Reset Password” button to reset the password for the “administrator” user.
A backup file can be used to transfer accounting data between computers or editions of the program. To transfer your business from Desktop Edition to Cloud Edition, simply create a backup of the Desktop business and import it into the Cloud edition.

When a business is deleted, it is moved to Trash folder. To retrieve a deleted business:
Go to Manager Cloud.
Enter your domain name and click next.
- Enter your Administrator Account credentials.
- Click on the “Restore Business” button.
To access your API, just add “api” to your site’s URL.

If you already have a cloud account go to Manager Cloud.
Enter your domain name and click next.

- Click on the “Set Promotional Code” button.
- Enter the promotional code to activate your subscription discount.
